Thrilled to have been selected to deliver on SEO and content marketing for this leading UX education provider, we were eager to hear the brief. Our SEO and content teams were tasked with improving their website’s SEO performance and providing significant SEO support for a migration to a new website domain. We were also tasked with providing regular technical and on page recommendations, producing new content assets, and specialist PR activity that would help get them ranking for target keywords.
With so many potential keyword opportunities in a competitive space dominated by a plethora of UX sites, we knew we had our work cut out for us. So we got our best SEO and content minds got together to mine the search data and the current performance of the site. This enabled us to identify where the best gains could be made for the business as quickly as possible.
In addition to identifying and helping implement a range of technical SEO changes to the site that helped to bolster its performance, we also worked with the brand to adapt their commercial content, and produced a plethora of new long tail blog articles and On Page recommendations for their site. Following our extensive keyword research, we used those insights to inform content assets aimed at improving rankings.
With the Technical and On Page SEO fundamentals now in place, we implemented work to help improving rankings across the site and hone in on the most relevant keywords. This also included an extensive blog strategy and blog article writing on topics that covered the most searched for and relevant keywords used by their prospects in search engines. In addition, we also provided vital SEO support for migrating their site to a new domain, protecting their SEO performance and ensuring all content was indexed as quickly as possible. Finally, our PR team also reached out to leading media titles in the UX space to secure articles opportunities that would support the authority of the site and raise brand awareness.
Our SEO support work led to a smooth and successful migration to a new site and several new blogs that ranked competitively for target commercial keywords. There were also several content improvements and a 31% rise in conversions for UXA Bootcamp Leads at our initial strategy review. In addition, we secured a number of contributing article opportunities in influential UX publications such as Smashing Magazine, UX Mag, and others.
