Glow-worm have been providing reliable heating and energy products for over 80 years. They originally began producing boilers back in 1934 at the Derwent Foundry in Derbyshire, and are now one of the leading heating manufacturers in the UK.
The brief Koozai received was simple and clear, but challenging in such a competitive market. The task was to help increase organic traffic and sales.
The strategy focused on two main target audiences: homeowners and installers. It was imperative for us to increase organic traffic to assist in these two key areas and to provide these two audience types with relevant and useful information. We achieved this by addressing and implementing fundamental on-page changes to ensure URLs were optimised for key and relevant search terms. We then addressed technical SEO, including aspects such as page speed, to ensure crucial elements were functioning correctly.
The on-page and technical activity has seen dramatic improvements in Glow-worm’s overall rankings and site visibility. These encouraging results have enabled the brand to meet its targets and succeed in a highly competitive sector.
Glow-worm achieved a 33% increase in organic traffic, and a 33.44% increase in leads. Koozai continues to optimise the site and build Glow-worm’s authority to strengthen the domain for long-term success.
